SLE Card
EARNING OF POINTS
The SLE Card allows you to earn points for every purchase made at Sta. Lucia East Department Store, Home Gallery, Planet Toys and at Sta. Lucia East Supermarket.

Present your card when making a purchase. Absolutely no card, no points!

Amount Rule
For every P100 purchase, customer earns the corresponding point shown in the table below:

Important:
  1. Purchases below P100 still earn a corresponding fraction of a point.
  2. Customers will earn 0.25 point for combined payments - (Cash & Charge)
  3. Points earned from Sta. Lucia East Supermarket purchases will not be combined with points earned from Sta. Lucia East Department Store, Home Gallery and Planet Toys.

BONUS POINTS

Special Events
Double points are earned for a minimum purchase of P1,000 on selected events.

Value Per Point
The value of 1 point is P1.00

Points Inquiry
To know your total points earned, please inquire at the SLEDS Customer Service Counter. Points are updated immediately after your last purchase.



REWARDS
Points earned from your purchases entitle you to a Sta. Lucia Rewards Gift Check accepted at participating stores.

You may redeem your reward once you have accumulated 100 points.

Gift check may be redeemed in P100 and P500 denominations only. The use of rewards gift check will not earn points.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rewards Redemption
Present your loyalty card and one valid ID at the Customer Service Counter of Sta. Lucia East Department Store for points earned at SLEDS, Home Gallery and Planet Toys.

Points earned from Sta. Lucia East Supermarket can be redeemed at the Customer Service Counter of the Supermarket only.

Points Expiry
Your points are valid until the expiry date printed on the face of the card.

Redemption Period
You may still redeem your total points earned within 60 days after your card’s expiry date. Points that are not redeemed after this period will be automatically forfeited if membership is not renewed.



CARD REPLACEMENT

Lost Card
Go to the SLEDS Customer Service Counter and request for a replacement card and pay the replacement fee.

Damaged Card
If your SLE card does not work, request for replacement must be filed at the SLEDS Customer Service Counter and the corresponding fee must also be paid.

Defective Card
Defective cards must be surrendered to the SLEDS Customer Services Counter and will be replaced free of charge if reported on the first use within one year from date of issue. After one year, replacement of cards will be charged P150.00.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You membership is valid for two years with a renewal fee of P150.00.

Membership Renewal
A customer must apply for renewal at the SLEDS Customer Service Counter and pay the corresponding renewal fee. Points earned may also be used to pay for the renewal fee.

To ensure that members continue to earn points on all their purchases, renewal must be made two months before the card expires to allow processing of card. Cards will be issued immediately from filing of renewal.

A member who wishes to renew his membership after his card expires is given a 15-day grace period to file for (late) renewal. After which, member’s points that are not redeemed are automatically forfeited after the 60-day redemption period.
